One of my Twitter buddies is a honest to goodness exercise expert. His name is Scott Tousignant (aka “The 10 Minute Man”) and he runs a website called The Fat Loss Quickie Experience and it is loaded with great exercise tips. He recently posted a video that has some interactive components and is really cool. I checked out his favorite exercises on this video and he adds some new twists to some old favorite exercises that take them to the next level. Check it out here:
After I finish my initial three week, 3-Day Split program, I am going to be incorporating many of Scott's excellent exercises to my routine.
