<p>Holding &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; head &#116;&#111;&#111; far forward strains &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; neck muscles due &#116;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#101; weight &#111;&#102; &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; head. &#84;&#104;&#105;&#115; &#105;&#115; &#119;&#104;&#121; &#103;&#111;&#111;&#100; posture involves evenly distributing &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; weight &#116;&#111; &#116;&#104;&#101; whole body. &#84;&#111; avoid &#116;&#104;&#105;&#115;, center &#121;&#111;&#117;&#114; head over &#121;&#111;&#117; neck.</p>
